A vintage Drexel four drawer dresser sits on a vintage Chinese wool vase and floral motif rug. The Chinese bust of Chairman Mao and the bone colored ceramic vase are also both vintage. The wood frame armchair with new upholstery is from the 1960s and the leather wrapped adjustable height floor lamp has a new shade. The untitled oil painting on canvas of sailboats is by Elise Hoetzel, a Kansas City artist and contemporary and friend of Thomas Hart Benton.
